Drove through on 12/18 at 10:45am. A gentleman helped me out. He was very friendly, upbeat and kind. Helped me with my order and I was on my way. Not really any wait for my food and it looked and tasted amazing. Just what I needed while I was busy running errands.
I've been a regular since we moved to Temecula 6 years ago. There are months I come in once a week for lunch or a play date. In all these visits not once have I ever had a bad experience, the staff is always welcoming and kind, and NEVER gotten an order wrong. The food is always tasty and dependable.

5 stars for service Who is this employee named ANGELIQUE? I just had the pleasure of driving through her line and she assisted me at the window. My order took a few minutes and Angelique took the time to chat with me, and even offered me some mints while i was waiting! No one has ever done that before. Of course the food is good, but what sets Chick FilA apart is the employees. Everything Angelique shared with me came from the position of 'WE.' And she shared that she loves working there because of how she is treated. Kudos to your manager! Happy employees make for happy customers too. I came away with a great meal AND a great smile!

Need to update my review and put one of the team members on the spot light. I go here every Saturday morning to get my Saturday treat and am warmly greeted by the Team Leader, Shawn L. He is super friendly and makes me feel so welcomed here. I know it's fast food and fast paced, but Shawn takes the time to really conversate w me even if it's for a quick minute. Making customers feel welcomed is essential to a business, it helps em keep coming back, aside from the quality of the food. The other team members at this Temecula location are wonderful too.... never had a problem w anyone here, in fact EVERYONE here is super friendly and welcoming and I appreciate that!! I live in Murrieta and I prefer to go to the Temecula Chick Fil A bc the Murrieta location sucks. They're all rude and unwelcoming like they hate their jobs.
We stopped by for lunch after our grandson ended his bake sale in the park. He requested chicken nuggets with waffle fries since they're his favorite along with a strawberry milkshake. Hubby and I had the chicken sandwich and he had fries and I opted to skip it. The place was very crowded and finding an empty table was a challenge. The layout could be improved; the space was a bit tight. The staffers kept the place immaculately clean and it was a nice ambiance with the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The workers were very nice and polite especially the young lady, who brought us our food. We enjoyed our food and our grandson wanted to go outside and enjoy the outdoor playground. Eating in was a nice experience.
Always a pleasure coming here. Food is always tasty and the location is really convenient because it's near the mall. We didn't have to wait very long for our order and the workers brought our food to our table. It was really packed when we went and we almost weren't able to get a table. The restaurant is definitely family-friendly because there's an indoor jungle gym so it was really loud. The parking lot was also crowded and it was kind of difficult to maneuver and find a spot. Workers were nice, but they didn't ask if we were a rewards member and scan our code when ordering. I had it ask them and almost forgot myself. Not the worst location, but I've been to better.
